So just before the end of the year I treated myself to these lovely beauties from Flint & Flame!

Having sharp, good quality knives is not only a pleasure but also safer. Countless times I’ve seen friends struggling in food preparation and 99% of the time is because they find chopping a chore.
I’ve always invested in a good-a-quality set of tools as I can afford… and yes, that changes over time.
In my uni days it was having a good set of sturdy, indestructible pans… they lasted 10 years and then they were re-loved.
These knives, a 6” Santoku knife and a 3.5” pairing knife are in addition, not a replacement for my knife set.
