What you need…
Tomato ketchup
Malt vinegar
Garam masala
Red chillie flakes
Ground black pepper
Tamarind sauce

What you need to do…
Pour out about 200ml of tomato ketchup
Add a small dash of tamarind sauce…not too much as its quite sour!
About a quarter teaspoon of garam masala
Pinch of salt and a couple of black pepper
Red chillie flakes to taste
And mix them thoroughly!
Add a couple of teaspoons of vinegar…more or less depending how runny you want it
And stir until its all combined!

What to do next…
Use it as a dip for thinks like pakora bhaji’s, chips, wedges etc.
